I recently started using Jo for my insurance policies and have to say the amount of time it has allowed me to focus on my home and businesses rather than trawling the internet for quotes is just one of the benefits.
Now all my information is with Jo all I have to do is send an email of what I need insurance for, I then receive information back of a couple of quotes summarised so that I can make my decision.
I also know that if I need to claim I just go to Jo and she will deal with the claim for me.

Jo began her career in insurance after working mainly in the public sector. She came away with a multitude of skills; ranging from time management and data processing to, most importantly, a confidence, understanding and empathy when working with people.

After working for a diverse brokerage with a range of clients for a number of years, she took her skills and expertise and invested them into HDL Commercial.

Her focus remains on getting it right for clients; making sure what matters most is protected.

Her experience makes her personable, friendly and honest, but most of all, knowledgeable, experienced and readily able to assist you and your business, with all of your insurance needs.
